DARIEN, Conn. -- It can be tough to find the time to provide a healthy meal for your family, but the newly opened Four Forks in Darien is ready to help.
Megan Ruppenstein developed Four Forks as a concept based on providing healthy meals to busy families. In feeding her four boys, Ruppenstein focused on sourcing natural and organic ingredients and the importance of fitting healthy, yet tasty meals to their active and often hectic lifestyles.
Ruppenstein and her team now offer weekly meal options to Darien families. Four Forks' proximity to the Darien train station also lends easy accessibility to commuters coming into town and those who work in New York City.
Four Forks also offers full-service catering for events ranging from small dinner parties to large cocktail parties. Their catering options follow the same basic guidelines of their meals, using natural and organically sourced ingredients to provide creative and delicious hors d’oeuvres and other party fare that people of all ages and tastes can enjoy.
The Darien Chamber of Commerce, along with state Rep. Terrie Wood and Selectman Susan Marks, recently welcomed Four Forks to town with a ribbon cutting at its 7 Tokeneke Road location.Stop in to try their popular Chopped Kale Salad, Clean Granola and their Weekly Meal options or pick up a list of Special Event Menu Options.
