Darien Man Hosts 'Understanding Social Styles' Workshop To Help Job Hunters

NEW CANAAN, Conn. – Richard Terhune will hold a workshop titled “Understanding Social Styles In Your Job Search” on Thursday, June 11, at St. Mark's Episcopal Church in New Canaan.

Terhune's workshop is designed to help people improve their ability to cope with different social styles in the work environment and in their personal life.

The aim of the workshop is to make lives more productive professionally and personally through learning how to strengthen relationships.

He will impart wisdom from his background in the corporate world, having worked with New York Life since 2007 and previously in the publishing industry.

The Darien native is also an active volunteer, having helped his family with the Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Darien YMCA and the First Congregational Church.

The workshop will run from 7 to 9 p.m. at the church, located at 111 Oenoke Ridge Road in New Canaan.
