    DARIEN, Conn. -- On Friday, Sept. 25, Holmes School in Darien hosted its second annual Walkathon Fundraiser. Each class asked friends and family for pledges and then walked with their teachers for a half-hour around the school grounds. In this fundraiser, 100 percent of the proceeds go right back to the school.
