Jersey Shore Man, 39, Arrested For Luring Teenage Girl

A Jersey Shore man accused of trying to lure a teenage girl into his SUV has been arrested, authorities said.

Francisco Rosales-Flores, 39, of Jackson was arrested on Thursday, Jackson police said. He was charged with second-degree luring. 

The SUV was found parked at a home on Citadel Drive in Jackson, police said.

The 13-year-old girl told police she was walking on Pitney Lane near Danielle Court about 12:30 p.m. on Oct. 30 when a man drove past, slowed down and spoke to her. The girl used her cellphone to take video, police said. 

“The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle stated ‘are you cold? I can give you a ride. Get in my car,’” Jackson police said in a statement.

The girl then ran ran to a home on Danielle Court. The driver reportedly fled on Pitney Lane toward East Veterans Highway, police said.

Rosales-Flores was being held at the Ocean County jail.
