Darien Library To Host A Baby Sleep Whisperer

DARIEN, Conn. – Darien Library is hosting a workshop with Ingrid Y. Prueher, a certified pediatric sleep consultant with the Family Sleep Institute, on sleep solutions for families with children ages birth to 5.

Ingrid Y. Prueher, ceritified FSI Pediatric Sleep Consultant and the founder of babysleepwhisperer.com will be visiting the Darien Library.

Prueher specializes in teaching sleepless parents and caregivers the fundamentals of sleep so their children can become amazing sleepers.

The workshop will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 10, from 10 a.m. to noon. Register for the program online at darienlibrary.org/kids.
