Darien Library Hosts Wally Swist For Poet's Voice Event

DARIEN, Conn. - As part of a series of poetry readings in Fairfield County libraries, the Darien Library will present Poet’s Voice with a special program featuring poet Wally Swist on Sunday, April 27, at 2 p.m.

Swist has published several books of poetry, including "Huang Po and the Dimensions of Love" (Southern Illinois University Press, 2012) and "Velocity" (Virtual Artists Collective, 2013). He is also the translator of "The Daodejing of Laozi," along with David Breeden and Steven Schroeder (Lamar University Press, 2015). His new poems appear in Commonweal and North American Review.

Refreshments will be served.
