DARIEN, Conn. -- The Darien Library will host a workshop on airing public access television programs on Monday, July 21 at 4 p.m. 

Rich Turcsany, public access coordinator, will discuss what it takes to put together your own noncommercial television program, and have it broadcast over Public Access Channel 88.

Turcsany, a 1986 graduate of Emerson College in Boston, has 26 years of experience in cable TV.
