The YWCA offers both a school-year program and summer program for toddlers. Each is a two-hour drop-off program where children engage in fun activities including music time, free play, story time and art projects. Toddlers will enjoy a delicious snack in the classroom as well.
Toddlers will gain social skills by interacting with other children and creating works of art together. Each classroom has up to eight students and is instructed by two caring and qualified teachers.
Each classroom offers a warm and inviting atmosphere that encourages confidence, creativity and self-esteem. All classrooms are safe and secure.
The Toddler Time program is set to begin in September and will meet throughout the remainder of 2015 until May 2016. Parents have the option of enrolling their toddler(s) for one, two or three days per week. All children must turn 2 years old prior to Dec. 31, 2015.
The Summer Fun program is set to kick off in May 2015 and meets for a total of 10 weeks. Parents have the option of enrolling their children for one, two or three days per week. Children must turn 2 prior to the start of the Summer Fun program.
All programs are open to the public, but space is limited. It is important to note the registration dates and register early.
