Gala Fundraiser In Darien To Feature Actress Kelli O'Hara

NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- A gala benefit party, dinner and concert featuring Tony Award-winning Broadway actress Kelli O'Hara, as well as the Performing Arts Conservatory of New Canaan Children's Chorus, will take place Friday, May 13 at the Woodway Country Club in Darien.

There will be a 6 p.m. cocktail party, 7 p.m. dinner, 8 p.m. stars concert and post concert reception with O'Hara for patron level tickets.

The event also will feature two-time Tony Nominee Robin De Jesus, Broadway songwriter David Friedman and Broadway veterans Janelle Robinson, Jodi Stevens, Chip Zien and more.

The evening also celebrates Andrew Macbeth Clarkson, the late philanthropist and patron to the arts and Connecticut nonprofits.

Proceeds will support the Summer Theatre of New Canaan's theatre and education programs.

Gala tickets are $250, patron tickets are $500 (patron and table tickets are 50 percent tax deductible).

The Performing Arts Conservatory of New Canaan is a teaching institution that offers a multi-disciplined performing arts program to residents of New Canaan and the surrounding communities.
