The restaurant will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., serving its cheese and chocolate fondues as well as salads and entrees.

The Melting Pot is asking the community for its full support to help raise awareness and fund cancer research for children. You can also have a chance to win valuable prizes donated by local retailers in a "balloon pop raffle".

“Our Christmas Eve dining event attracts many Fairfield County neighbors to our restaurant due to the selfless and tireless efforts put forth by our staff for a wonderful cause,” said Will Areson, general manager of The Melting Pot in a statement. “Our employees sincerely appreciate the support of the local community and look forward to serving guests for the benefit of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital."
