Historian To Lecture On Connecticut Beer At Darien Library

DARIEN, Conn. — Local beer historian Will Siss will lead a discussion of the history of beer in Connecticut at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Louise Parker Berry Community Room.

Siss also will profile nearly all the state's existing breweries, and will include samples of beer from Half Full Brewery.

Siss has written the column “Beer Snob” for the Waterbury (Conn.) Republican-American since 2005. He blogs at www.beersnobwrites.com and leads beer tastings.
