Historian Mark Albertson will present on “Two Shots Heard Round the World,” the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand, heir apparent to the Hapsburg Empire and, his wife, the Countess Sophie.
Albertson is a historian for the Army Aviation Association of America and writer for the periodical Army Aviation magazine. He has authored several books on the history of World War I.
The group will meet again Thursday, Oct. 9, and Thursday, Nov. 13.
