Historical Society, Library Team Up For Walking Tour Of Darien

DARIEN, Conn. -- The Darien Historical Society and the Darien Library will be teaming up for an easy, walking tour of the town on Tuesday, June 2, at 3:30 p.m.

Hear the tale of Darien's evolution, from a simple farming hamlet to a much sought-after residential community, filled with top-notch schools and gracious homes.

Members of the Historical Society will lead small groups through town, sharing stories of who we are what and makes our town so special. Maps and itinerary will be handed out for those who wish to self-lead.
