Individuals who register for this challenge will have to complete 20 classes at the Darien Y by Saturday, Nov. 19, in order to receive their prize (which is hopefully in addition to improved fitness and weight loss).

Classes will include yoga, Pilates, spin, boot camp, TRX, boxing, Zumba and more from over 100 classes that the Y offers each week.

Participants registered for the FitClub Challenge will receive a free water bottle, 10 percent off the new Darien YMCA café Little Bites during the four-week challenge period, 10 percent off the next Lean Machine fat-loss program offered in January and a weekly motivational email.

Participants who complete the FitClub Challenge can choose their prize: a personal training session and InBody body composition assessment; a health coaching session and InBody body composition assessment; or a Pilates Reformer session.

The FitClub Challenge is free to members, while nonmembers can participate by paying with per-class passes.

Registration has already begun at the Darien Y’s Wellness Center. For more information, visit darien-ymca.org.

The Darien Y is 2420 Post Road, Darien.
