The BigGER Rig Gig once again will be hosted at the Ox Ridge Hunt Club in Darien. This year's event is from 6:30-11 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26. Tickets are $130 for Opus members and $145 for non-members and include all food, drinks, entertainment and games. Details on purchasing tickets are available here.
Guests will enjoy a variety of cuisine from local gourmet food trucks, including Taco Pacifico, Fjord Fisheries, Melt Mobile, Chicken Joes and Hot off The Grille, as well as specialty cocktails from Austin Cocktails and regional brews from Nantucket Brewery and Cisco Brewers, according to a press release.
The six-piece New York City-based band Altitude is set to make its Darien debut at this years event, according to a press release.
There also will be a raffle comprising packages including a romantic overnight stay in New York City, a brewery tour for a group of 10 and a private suite at a Bridgeport Sound Tigers hockey game.
In 2014, this benefit raised more than $54,000.
