“Downton Abbey” at the Senior Center: 12:30 p.m. Kim LaMantia will host a viewing of the popular World War I series “Downton Abbey” and follow with fun facts and discussion. Darien Senior Center, 30 Edgerton St.

Tuesday, Jan. 15

Bullying: Recent Trends and Solutions for Parents and Schools: 7 p.m. Clinical psychologist Chris Bogart will discuss research and trends in bullying and cyberbullying. Southfield Center for Development, 85 Old Kings Highway N.

Wednesday, Jan. 16

Comfort-Food Cooking Class: 6 p.m.-9 p.m. Chef Richard Barbour will lead students in cooking dishes such as hot wings, Texas chili, chicken pot pie and banana pudding. $65 for DCA members and $80 for non-members. Darien Community Association, 274 Middlesex Road.

Thursday, Jan. 17

Jim Clark Quartet: 7 p.m. The Jim Clark Quartet will perform a night of jazz music. Darien Library, 1441 Post Road.

Friday, Jan. 18

“To Rome with Love” Screenings: 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. The library hosts two screenings of “To Rome with Love.” This film stars Woody Allen and Alec Baldwin and tells several intertwined stories about love in Rome. Rated R. Darien Library, 1441 Post Road.
