Toddler Time 2015-16/Summer Fun 2015

April Break Children’s Art Camp

The YW will be offering children’s art workshops during spring break, from Monday, April 13, through Wednesday, April 15. Each day will feature a new themed project for children ages 5 to 11; painting will also be available each day.

Stand Against Racism Pledge 2015

The Stand Against Racism Pledge reading will take place on Friday, April 24, at both Darien and Norwalk Town Halls. Tentative times for the readings are 9:30 a.m. at Darien Town Hall and 11:30 a.m. at Norwalk City Hall.

Gardening Classes with Sara McCool

Sara McCool of Ungemack McCool Landscape Associates is returning to teach both morning and evening classes in landscape design and practice. She will also be teaching a one-day pruning/green garden class and a perennial garden class. Registration is required.

6th Annual Women of Distinction Luncheon

May 7 is the Sixth Annual Women of Distinction Awards & Luncheon at Woodway Country Club, 540 Hoyt St., Darien. Women selected will be honored at the luncheon. This award is a wonderful opportunity to honor women who have made a significant contribution to our local, national and global communities.

Job Search Support Program for Women

The next session of classes in Word, Excel, keyboarding/typing is underway. Contact Kate Foster at katef@ywcadariennorwalk.org to register.
