They replaced over 190 lights on town wreaths, and are now ready to hang the decorative wreaths on town lampposts.

The trees on Tokeneke Road will also be lit with lights to decorate the road. The Darien Chamber of Commerce raises the annual cost to pay for the wreaths and lights in town to be placed and removed through contributions from town merchants and residents.

Darien’s Holiday lights are beautiful and festive but costly. Costs are covered by support and contributions of residents. The Chamber of Commerce is asking for local support to continue the tradition to make Darien’s downtown shopping festive and inspiring for all. Donations are tax-deductible.
