The family-owned company, which will be featured on QVC from 5 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, is encouraging fans and customers to vote for its 36-piece Mini Brioche & Chicken Pot Pie. The company will launch its spring roll collection during Wednesday's show.

Opened in 1998, Saugatuck Kitchens makes a full line of appetizers served at high-end hotels and country clubs, said Amy Knorr, Stratford’s supervisor of economic development. The company has donated many of its succulent specialties for the Stratford Mayor’s Charity Golf Tournament and other local events.

“They’re spectacular,” Knorr said. “They’re delicious.”

Co-owner Sonia Wells will travel to Pennsylvania tomorrow to see the on-air host tout Saugatuck Kitchens between 5 and 6 p.m.

The winner of each category will be a part of QVC's Customer Awards food show on Sept. 13.
