Robertson has been an actress for over 30 years and boasts an impressive resume of professional accomplishments that includes theater, film, radio and television.

As a teacher, she has led performance theater classes at the elementary level for many years and has produced multiple children’s shows annually.

Robertson has performed at the Westport Country Playhouse, with the Bridgeport Theatre Company, Playhouse on the Green and the Arch Villain Theatre Company, among many others.

In film, Robertson has worked with Sony Pictures in "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" and "Carry Me Home" with Cuba Gooding Jr. She has also worked with ABC television on "All My Children," "One Life to Live" and "Guiding Light."

Robertson is also  the founder, producer and director of after-school performance classes at Riverfield Elementary School in Fairfield, where she has introduced young actors to theater through storytelling and improvisation. She has also worked with students to rehearse, produce and perform over 25 one-act plays and has acted as the producer, director and stage manager for children’s talent shows.

“I love the whole process of putting on a play with kids. It’s always fun and extremely worthwhile," Robertson said in a statement. "Sometimes I wonder if they will pull it off, but they never disappoint me!”

Robertson will be sharing her talents with students at the Darien Arts Center in several Kids’ Theatre classes that include Play Building I for grades two and three, and Play Building II for grades four through six.

The new classes will give kids an opportunity to create a show from soup to nuts with props, costumes, and scenery. No experience is necessary.
