Darien High Senior Is Awarded Scholarship From Arts Center

DARIEN, Conn. -- The Darien Arts Center awarded the Schuyler Platt the Ginny Wright Scholarship during its recent 56th Annual Darien Art Show & Sale reception.

The scholarship is given in memory of Virginia Wright to a Darien High School senior planning to continue the study of visual arts or design in college. It was awarded to Schuyler Platt, who will attend Bucknell University in the fall.

Platt's drawings are currently on display in the lobby of the Weatherstone Studio at the Darien Arts Center.
