The drop-in community art project took place at the Darien Library last month and was part of the Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum’s community drawing festival created to inspire creativity. Participants were invited to use discarded dictionary pages to create one of a kind drawings, doodles and designs. Creations are currently displayed as part of a public art installation on the library’s windows.

The Darien Arts Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing visual and performing arts programs and events for the community that was founded in 1975.
