According to Readers' Favorite, Harnisch’s book “will completely sweep readers off their feet and deep into a historical romance of winemaking.”

"The Vintner's Daughter" is the first in a series about vineyard life at the turn of the 20th century. The second title, "The California Wife," is slated for a January 2016 release in Canada and May 2016 in the United States.

The novel has gone back to press three times and was a Pulpwood Queens Book Club Pick for February 2015.
