DARIEN, Conn. If you're looking for that perfect summer read, stop by the Darien Library for its annual book sale at discount prices. The sale starts Saturday and continues through noon next Friday.
Shoppers will find recent bestsellers, fiction and detective mystery titles, cookbooks, travel books, biographies and children's books.
On Saturday, Sunday and Monday, books and audiobooks are $1 or three for $2. DVDs are $5. On Tuesday and Wednesday all items are half price. Thursday is Dollar-a-Bag Day, and on Friday book buffs can fill a bag for free until noon.
The sale is open during regular library hours.
