DARIEN, Conn. -- Commuters and residents are invited to attend the next meeting of the Connecticut Commuter Rail Council on Wednesday, March 16, at the Darien Town Hall Auditorium to discuss the upcoming improvement projects at the Noroton Heights station and the Stamford Transportation Center.
During the meeting, which begins at 7 p.m., the public will have the opportunity to ask questions, share their experiences and talk with representatives from the Connecticut Department of Transportation and Metro-North Railroad.
After the presentation on projects and the public involvement session, the Connecticut Commuter Rail Council will conduct its regular monthly meeting. The public is encouraged to stay for the meeting to learn about the council and about Metro-North and the Stamford Transportation Center Garage.
Darien Town Hall is at 2 Renshaw Road.
