Former CBS 2 Anchor Takes Breach Of Peace Plea Deal

DARIEN, Conn. -- Former CBS 2 News anchor Rob Morrison accepted a plea deal on Tuesday, Oct. 7, for breach of peace after violating a protective order put in place by his estranged wife, according to ctnews.com.

Morrison had been facing felony charges after he called his wife, Ashley Morrison, more than 100 times over Memorial Day weekend, ctnews.com reported.

The felony charges against Rob Morrison were nolled by the district attorney, meaning authorities can still prosecute the defendant if he finds himself in legal trouble again over the next 13 months, ctnews.com said.
