A Norwalk man was arrested with a suspended car registration and marijuana and drug paraphernalia at Mansfield Avenue, according to a Patch report.
Two people rescued from sinking boat near the base of Peck’s Ledge Lighthouse in Long Island Sound. No injuries were reported.
