Threatening Message Left on Damaged Darien Door

DARIEN, Conn. – A door was vandalized on Sedgwick Avenue and the owners were left with a threatening message Sunday night.

At 8:30 p.m., a resident was in the kitchen and heard a loud bang and then another louder bang. Someone had thrown a rock at the front door and shattered one of the glass panes.

Written on the door was the message, "This is just the beginning." The message was in black crayon. The door is estimated to be worth $850.
