DARIEN, Conn. – Julia Randolph Foster, of Darien, died Oct. 5. She was 83.
Foster was born Dec. 16, 1931, in Rahway, N.J., to Robert and Frances Randolph.
She grew up in Westfield, N.J., attending Wells College in Aurora, N.Y. as a Spanish Language major, studying in Mexico.
Foster was predeceased by her parents, and is survived by her step-sister, Susan (Shy) Bourgeois; three daughters, Sarah Foster Erickson, Marguerite Bonney Foster, Susan Kelly Foster; and two grandsons.
A memorial service will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 13 in the Chapel of Noroton Presbyterian Church, 2011 Post Road, Darien, with a reception following the service.
