To the editor:
Dedication, experience, integrity - all qualities to look for when electing members to our Board of Education. David “Duke” Dineen embodies all of these and more.
As the father of three school-age daughters, Duke currently holds a temporary seat on the BOE. He understands the strengths and issues of our system and has a strong sense of what it takes to ensure a quality education for every child.
By electing him to the BOE, we will benefit from Duke’s experience, knowledge and sense of responsibility for our exceptional school system and the children of Darien.
