To the editor:
One-party rule is failing us in Connecticut. Democrats, including Bob Duff, are permanently focused on stumping for their own reelection rather than fixing our state’s growing long-term fiscal problems.
Never was this misguided focus more clear than in August when Senator Duff chose to skip an important vote on appropriations to attend a ribbon cutting here in town. We need leaders who will focus on fixing the problems that cause our state to lose private sector jobs, not on cutting ribbons.
This fall, lets elect leaders who care, elect Bill Dunne for state Senate. James Palen
