To The Editor:
I will be voting for candidates Christa McNamara and David Martens for Board of Education in November.
As longtime members of the Representative Town Meeting's Education Committee, Christa and David have analyzed decisions regarding all aspects of education including budgets, curriculum, special education and staff contracts.
They don't need to talk about asking hard questions; they've already been asking them for years. Christa and David bring very relevant, non-partisan RTM experience, along with education and business backgrounds, to an important town board that is charged with providing a great education to all of our children.
In order to move our board of education and schools forward, please join me in voting for McNamara and Martens - two great candidates with relevant experience. Our children's futures are too important to do otherwise.
