Darien Officers Walk In Heels To Support Domestic Violence Victims

DARIEN, Conn. -- Darien first responders walked a mile in red high heels to support and raise money for victims of domestic violence on Oct. 5.

Teams included the Darien Police Department, Darien Fire House, Noroton Fire House, Noroton Heights Fire House and Post 53. 

Benefits from Walk a Mile in Her Shoes will fund victim services provided by the Domestic Violence Crisis Center and awareness, educational and prevention initiatives.
