DARIEN, Conn. – A Stamford man is facing narcotics charges after he was stopped for driving a car with the wrong plates on Tuesday, May 9, according to Darien Police.
Tory Hinton, 33, was pulled over after police saw him traveling in a Nissan Altima with dark tinted windows and a cracked windshield. Authorities ran the vehicle and found the plates were registered to a Honda Civic, police said.
