Anne Curts, 32, was charged with three counts of risk of injury to a minor. She was held on $10,000 bond and will appear in court Friday.

Police were contacted three times in April and May after students and staff found hypodermic needles at Holmes School. Police said they found a total of six needles, all of which tested positive for cocaine residue. Three needles and syringes were tested by the Connecticut State Forensic Lab for DNA analysis, and all three contained the DNA from Curtis, according to police reports.

Curtis lives adjacent to the school and was arrested in May after police said they found syringes and narcotics in her home. At that time, police said they were investigating connections between Curtis and the syringes found on school property. After the DNA matched her's, a warrant was issued for her arrest. She turned herself in to police Friday morning.
