Riza Sahin, 37, the manager at Pizza Heaven on Main Street in Bridgeport, was charged Thursday with sexual assault and unlawful restraint, the Post said.

According to the paper, Sahin was arrested after a 23-year-old woman interviewing for the job in a small office in the back said he grabbed her by the waist and stuck his right hand down her pants and began rubbing her genitals.

When she struggled to get away, he then stuck his hand up her shirt and grabbed her breasts, the paper said.

The woman managed to break free and that's when he grabbed her cell phone to make sure she wasn't recording him and told her she had the job, but she better not say anything to other employees and not to be late for work, the Post reported.

The woman then ran outside and told her mother who was waiting for her. They called the police who arrested Sahin, the Post said.

Sahin was released after posting $10,000 bond.
