Police said that the delivery driver, identified as 39-year-old Manual Condo-Rocano of Stamford, was involved in a crash on Sept. 9. when he struck a vehicle parked in a driveway at 371 West Ave. Through investigation it was determined that Condo-Rocano knew that he had hit the car, but he failed to report it or contact the police, according to police reports. Police also determined that his license was suspended at the time.

A warrant was issued for his arrest, and he was picked up by Stamford Police on Sunday. He was charged with operating under suspension and evading responsibility, and released on a $5,000 bond.
