DARIEN, Conn. -- A newspaper delivery driver was arrested after police said he struck a car in a Darien driveway and took off last September.
Police said that the delivery driver, identified as 39-year-old Manual Condo-Rocano of Stamford, was involved in a crash on Sept. 9. when he struck a vehicle parked in a driveway at 371 West Ave. Through investigation it was determined that Condo-Rocano knew that he had hit the car, but he failed to report it or contact the police, according to police reports.
