Norwalk Police Charge Bridgeport Man With Assault Of Juvenile

NORWALK, Conn. — A 44-year-old Bridgeport man was arrested in Norwalk after a juvenile reported that the man assaulted him, according to the Hour.

The juvenile came to police headquarters to report the incident, and was taken to Norwalk Hospital to be treated for bumps and bruises, according to the Hour. The juvenile told police that he had been assaulted by Brian James, 44, of Bridgeport, the Hour reported.

James told police that an argument had ensued after the juvenile wasn't listening to him and he had tried to take some luxuries away from the juvenile, according to the Hour. The argument then turned physical, the Hour reported. James was charged with third-degree assault and risk of injury to a minor, and given a $25,000 bond.
