The Stamford Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance as it attempts to identify a man involved in a voyeurism incident at the Ridgeway Shopping Center.
Police said that at approximately 2:20 p.m. on May 9, a Hispanic male suspect used a cellphone to take photographs under the dress of a woman while they were both shopping at Modell’s in the shopping center.
In the video, the suspect can be seen sporting a New York Yankee hat, glasses, dark shorts, a vest and cast on his right hand. Anyone who recognizes the suspect or who has information regarding his whereabouts has been asked to contact investigators at the Stamford Police Department by calling (203) 977-4417.
