Stamford Man Charged With Stealing Car In Norwalk

NORWALK, Conn. — Norwalk Police arrested a Stamford man after they spotted him driving around in a stolen car, according to the Hour.

Police told the Hour that 40-year-old Donell Blake of Stamford was stopped while driving in the area of Water Street in the early morning hours Sunday. Officers had run the plates and discovered that the car, a 1999 Volvo, had been stolen in Norwalk, the Hour reported. 

After they pulled him over, they arrested Blake and charged him with third-degree larceny, the Hour reported. He was given a $10,000 bond and a May 30 court date.
