The incident was reported just before 9 a.m. Friday at a High Ridge Road office building, police told the Advocate.

Officers could not locate the woman, who returned about 20 minutes later and said she could not take her child to the meeting, the Advocate said.

Silvia Gonzales, 33, was given a ticket for leaving her child unsupervised, the Advocate said.
