DARIEN, Conn. – The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices in Darien and New Canaan will host “The Realities of Real Estate: All You Need To Know About Today’s Market”, an informational session for homebuyers and sellers, on Wednesday, June 15 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at The Darien Community Association located at 274 Middlesex Road.
A second session will take place Monday, June 20 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the New Canaan Public Library’s Lamb Room, 151 Main St.
Both sessions are open to the public. During the sessions, real estate professionals will provide information about real estate market conditions in Darien, New Canaan and communities throughout Lower Fairfield County, as well as statistics about the national real estate market. Additionally, guests will have an opportunity to ask questions.
David Wilk, branch vice president and brokerage manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices in Darien and New Canaan, will be the key presenter.
