Darien Board Of Realtors Hosts Seminar On New HUD Rules

DARIEN, Conn. -- The Darien Board of Realtors Inc. is hosting a seminar to learn about the new HUD rules going into effect on Aug. 1.

The seminar is on Wednesday, June 3, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Darien Library. Guests will learn about recent changes coming to the closing process that will affect real estate transactions nationwide.

Terry Hastings, Senior Mortgage Banker for Total Mortgage Services, LLCs and a Ridgefield resident, will be the main presenter. Carolyn Cavolo, Esq. an attorney with Shipman & Goodwin, Greenwich will answer any legal questions.
