DARIEN, Conn. -- William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty recently announced that the firm's recent renovation of its Darien brokerage is now complete -- and the revamped space is open for business.
Renovation of the office, located at 1057 Post Rd., began in November. It "now boasts the latest technology and features, accompanied by an overall inviting atmosphere," according to a news release. Its features include a large conference room with ample seating, high-tech TVs, and both computer and tablet connectivity.
The brokerage also includes prints of local properties, town icons and local landscapes.
"From top to bottom, our office now truly sparkles, just like the talent inside it," said Lynley Middleberg, manager of that office. "Our goal was to ensure that this new office would reflect the feelings of timelessness that the brand's name evokes, while also creating an atmosphere that feels bold and contemporary -- not dissimilar to the towns that we serve."
