DARIEN, Conn. - The following is a list of residential property transfers in Darien from Jan. 23 to Feb. 7, as provided by the town clerk's office.

  • John and Jamie MacDonald sold 121 Brookside Road to Minghai Liu and Yan Sun for $1.6 million.
  • The estate of Samuel Taylor sold 42 Delafield Island Road to Reilly Builders LLC for $933,000.
  • Rafael Torres and Emily Record sold 89 Hollow Tree Ridge Road to Ryan and Mary McDonnell for $1,634,110.
  • Clifford and Catherine Van Voorhees sold 446 Hollow Tree Ridge Road to Hollow Tree Property LLC for $450,000.
