DARIEN, Conn. – The following are residential property transfers in Darien for Aug. 9 through Aug. 13, as reported to the town clerk’s office.

  • Richard Deforest Jr. sold 263 Hoyt St. to Christopher and Kristine Fenton for $585,000.
  • Andrew Poole sold 27 Mansfield Ave. to Philippe and Jenny Vongerichten for $1,200,000.
  • The estate of Virginia Improta sold 3 Stanton Road to Giannattasio Builders, Inc. for $527500.
  • Richard and Lynn Brown sold 20 Appletree Lane to Andrew and Elizabeth Wild for $1,325,000.
