DARIEN, Conn. - The following are Darien's residential property transfers from Feb. 15 to 20, as provided by the town clerk's office.

  • Jeffrey and Carolyne Kilkenny sold 27 Devon Road to George and Caitlin Cahill for $1.575 million.
  • Janece K. Gerard sold 15 Sunset Road to Tracy M. Baumer for $1,148,500.
