Computerized Device Helps Darien High School Student Read To Children

DARIEN, Conn. – Using a device that recognizes eye movements to communicate words, a Darien High School student read "The Mitten" to students from the Holly Pond Nursery School.

Lauren Stevens used a device designed by Tobii to read to the students, as her teacher Brittany Wainacht held the book and her aide Piper Garner looked on.

Tobii is a Swedish high-technology company that designs and sells products for eye control and eye tracking.
