YWCA Darien/Norwalk Hosts Vacation Art Classes For Kids

DARIEN, Conn. – The YWCA Darien/Norwalk will hold arts and crafts lessons for children ages 5-11 during winter break.

Rowana Shepard will be running arts and crafts workshop classes at the YWCA Darien/Norwalk for children ages 5-11 from Feb. 17-20.

Classes will be held each day from Tuesday, Feb. 17, to Friday, Feb. 20, and will run from 9:30 a.m.-noon

The courses will cover presidential-themed “Use, Reuse, and Recycle” activities and freestyle painting.

Each program will be run by Rowana Shepard, a Dutch College graduate with more than 15 years of experience in teaching art.

The fee per class is $50 for YW members and $55 for nonmembers. Children can register for any one class or more.
