GREENWICH, Conn. – Eight runners from Greenwich, Cos Cob, Old Greenwich and Riverside finished Monday’s Boston Marathon before the race was halted by two explosions near the finish line, according to the race website.
Runners who finished were Jacqueline Aanonsen, John McCabe, John Krasniewicz, Christopher Loveless, George Nelson, Paula Scaminaci, James Charlton and Dora Paz finished the race.
Hugo Mujica, Dauvin Peterson, Jonathan Gale and Richard Bucala passed the halfway point and were presumably on the course when the race was stopped.
